Inconsistent response from Copilot Agent

Hi team ,

I have created an agent with Sharepoint knowledge Base and linked with PowerApps and posted few queries which are related to my Knowledge Base , but it gives inconsistent responses for the same question. Its not serving the purpose with this inconsistent responses . Please help us to unblock here.

    Hi,
     
    The results of an agent depends on the scope you provide with settings in the descriptions, instructions and the LLM.
    Also your prompt is too short. Just providing "ACR" is not sufficient. The LLM should understand what to do with it. There are a lot of different meanings for ACR. In case you ask "I need information about co-sell incentives of Microsoft. Can you explain more about ACR?", you give more context and the LLM can go into a specific direction. In the instructions you can also limit the context by giving context about the purpose of the agent and tell with what conditions to search within the knowledge source.
