Hi there,
So, I have a bot which is in trial mode and connected to Dynamics 365 Customer Service, also on trial mode.
The iframe generated from Dynamics 365 has a few more features than the plain from PVA.
Those features are:
- Download the transcript;
- Attachment;
- Sound;
When trying to use the attachment feature, even after set up on Dynamics to "ON", the process cannot be completed.
Strangely enough, it attach the image, but after the following messages comes up:
"Looks like you tried to send an attachment. Currently, I can only process text. Please try sending your message again without the attachment."
The sound button and the download script buttons are ok to have, but would be great if those features could be implemented in PVA as well as the attachmet feature.
The other issue that I found is that I can enhance and change avatar and colors on PVA, but didn't find any thing related on D365CS, apart of predefined colors on the workstream/chat widget settings.
So, if I have an amazing avatar and colors on PVA, that won't be exported to Dynamics 365 Customer Service when the connection is done.
I believe that not supposed to be the case and if the community could help with that, it would be great.
