Login to PAD through Powershell or Batch file during the windows start up

hi 

We would like to implement an RPA in the Board room which will be triggered through Batch file when a user logs in, the issue we have is different licensed users will be accessing this device and every time a users logs in ,it will not trigger the RPA until user logs into the PAD console and this basically defeats the purpose of triggering the flow through command prompt(batch file)

 

I would like to check if there is a start up script(powershell commands or Batch Commands) that can be run which provides access to PAD with windows credentials and doesn`t prompt for login while executing the RPA through command prompt
