Power app Image Issue

Hello everyone,

I’d like to ask if anyone is experiencing an issue with Power Apps where PNG image files that were previously added to the app are no longer displaying.

I’ve tried adding the images again, but it doesn’t work. I also reverted the app to the same version as Production (where the images are displaying correctly in Production), but the issue still persists.

I then tested other apps and found that image files are not displaying there either. I also tried creating a new app, but I’m unable to add images at all. Even when creating a new app in another environment, attaching image files still doesn’t work.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or is there any known workaround or fix for this?

    Hi there!

I’ve worked with image controls this week across different environments and haven’t encountered any issues. Based on my experience, everything seems to be working as expected.

I’d recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft so they can investigate your specific scenario in more detail.

    Can you try the following
    • Remove  and add the image, or try with another image of a smaller size
    • Have the image in SharePoint or CDN and use the URL to load the image
I’d recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft so they can investigate your specific scenario in more detail.

Since the issue occurs across multiple apps and environments, it is most likely a Power Apps Studio or browser-related problem rather than an issue with your specific app.

Start by testing in an incognito session or different browser, clearing cache, and checking network errors. If the issue persists, it may be a platform-side problem that requires Microsoft support.
