I'm trying to make an autonomous agent that can generate concept answers to incoming emails in a mailbox, so that my empoyees only have to review the answer and click on send or modify the e-mail a little bit.
I use as trigger when an e-mail comes in into a certain mailbox.
As a tool there's the create a concept answer tool.

So far so good, that works: when an e-mail comes in a new "Concept" is created.
However, here comes the problem: the original mail (so the question) is lost in the concepts folder, i only see the answer itself.
When you use the Reply to an email (V something) tool, it will send the reply without being able to modify or check the answers before sending.
Who knows how to include the question (mail thread) under the answer (without saying to the agent: you need to include the question) i want to force it by default to show the mail thread just like when you reply to an email as a human.
