Powershell script to exclude rules from Solution Checker

Hi
 
I would like to change more environments to 'block' . i find i have to exclude the rules about formula checks otherwise i get alot of reports of solutions being blocked.
Is or ,Can, there be a powershell script or power automate connector that can exclude these rules - instead of me doing it manually.
