Can't Find PowerApp

I have created a power app in my work environment that is connected to a list. 
 
I have the app open but if I click back into Apps (or the back arrow in the top left) I do not see the app. 
 
We only have one environment.

    1) verify for sure that the app is in the Environment you have selected
    2) Check in the Shared With Tab
    3) Check in the All Tab
     
    Its one of those, unless you have another account and the app isn't registered as the account you are running it as(happens all the time), so quadrupple check.
