It seems a renamed Flow can be referred to by it's original name in some (or all?) Connectors.

To test this...

Create a Flow, add an object (e.g. a trigger) with a data connection & save it as Flow1.
Rename Flow1 to Flow2.
Go to Data --> Connections
Click on the Connection used in the trigger object.
Click on "Flows using this connection".

Note the Connection refers to Flow1, the original name, not the current name.

Does this imply that finding Flows using a Connection by name is not always possible? (tested using a Survey123 Connector).
