Workflows failing

 Hi Team,
 
My workflows are failing and giving an error all of a sudden. Not sure what is going wrong with this. It displays " ActionConditionFailed. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_3' is skipped: the 'runAfter' condition for action 'Set_variable' is not satisfied. Expected status values 'Succeeded' and actual value 'Skipped'." Please find the snippet below and kindly suggest:

    What you want to do is click on Next failed in the apply to each action. This will take you to the item that failed and then the action that caused the failure will be highlighted with a red mark. That will help with determining the issue.

    Can you please suggest on the error shown in this snippet. Further, how do I check which line item or ID this error is indication?
