Scroll functionality in Gallery

Hello!
 
I have a modern horizontal gallery control and I was curious if there was any way to make it so that when the user's mouse is inside the gallery, the scroll wheel will control that section. Also curious if there's a way to set global scroll control regardless of where the user's mouse is. Thanks!

    It’s not possible to natively scroll a horizontal gallery using the mouse wheel, it only works in a vertical gallery. As a workaround, you can make a horizontal gallery scroll by clicking the mouse wheel and dragging.
