Power automate with AI and AI object no longer works but takes forever -- How to determine cause? Throttling? AI Capactity?

I have searched and searched for debug info, but can't find it.  I need to learn how to find the debug information for this issue so I can debug future issues.

My solutions is taken from and using a trial of AI buider:  Robotic Process Automation - Online Workshop - Training | Microsoft Learn

The AI model worked correctly from the start.  I ended up with a bug in one of the desktop flows.  To try to debug it, I repeatedly launched the cloud flow that ran the AI model.  (I eventually learned how to run the desktop flow independently.)  I have fixed my desktop flow, but the main cloud flow AI task never runs.  It just hangs forever.  (I let it run for 2 hours one time to see if it would time out and give me more details).  I have to cancel the run.

From my research, it seems it could be flow throttling or AI capacity exceeded.   I'm attaching an image of the latest flow run history (which has no useful information).  I'm also attaching my resource capacity screen (which also doesn't have anything useful).

Please help me find where I can look to discover the cause of the issue.

    Hi @LighthouseOSA ,

Can you try going in the Power Automate > AI Builder > Models and quick test your model?

You could also go to AI Builder > Explore and test a prebuilt model.

The idea is to check if you have a banner related to AI Builder credits consumption.

Thanks for the reply.  I tested my models successfully and added some consumption credits to boot.  This was a tutorial project using an approval through teams.  But, it waited forever if the approval was not completed.  So, I found a number of old runs still running and I think that was the issue.
