Unable to Publish Agent from Copilot Studio

Hi.

I have developed an agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio and successfully published it to Microsoft Teams earlier. However, over the past few days, I’ve been unable to publish updates to the agent and am consistently encountering the error below.

As the Global Administrator for this subscription, I’ve verified that all required licenses are in place. There have been no known changes on my end, so this appears to be a backend issue.

Can anyone please help and advise on the next steps?

I swear I answered this one... but Copilot licensing has changed. So I would really ping Microsoft about this asap.

Also verify that you are not in a pay as you go, or credits (and not assigned) etc.

Other than the changes made by the licenses the other day, there are many reasons this can happen
