flow to create a file in a sharepoint folder and send it by mail

Hello, good morning, I needed to create a flow that, when uploading a file to a SharePoint folder, sends that file to my email. Does anyone know how to create this flow? Thank you

    Do you mean that send the file as email's attachment?
