Flow has been running for 3 days

I'm having issues with a Flow that has now been running for almost three days. The way the flow should work is that when a new form response is submitted, it gets the response details, starts an approval, and if approved the form responses get added to a sharepoint list and the person who submitted the form gets an email that their request was approved. When I tested the flow initially, it ran without issue so I'm not sure what's going on right now. I think it probably has something to do with "apply to each", but I'm new to using power automate so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this.

    Hi @Anonymous

I am not 100% if the Apply to each loop should be a problem, but I would recommend removing the Approval Action outside the 'Apply to each' loop.

What I usually do is create a variable with holds all the Form response and then pass the variable to Approval field(Details). See screenshot below:

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share run history of your Flow?

I assume that you create the Flow from a template, right?

If so, please create the Flow from scratch, then put the dynamic content "Outcome" into the condition action:
