Hi All,

I'd appreciate any help with an issue I'm having. Currently I have set up a flow that sends an email to a document author when their document is due for renewal in 14, 30, 60 or 90 days from now and it's status is "Approved". The issue I am having is that if a author has multiple docs due on the same day, they get an email for each document (sometimes more then 30 emails at once).

I was wondering if anyone could help me please amend my flow so that only one email is sent to the document author, which contains a list of the docs due in a html table.

For example if Author: John had 4 docs due in 14 days from now, they would get one email with a html table populated with those 4 docs. And if Author: Dave had 6 docs due on 14 days time, he would also get one email with a html table only showing his docs.
