How to restrict users to download and send data?

Hello,

Let's assume there is "DLP 1" dlp policy applied to "Environment 1" where only data verse is in business category and outlook is in non business category.

In this case, how can I restrict users of  "Environment 1" to download data verse data using one flow and send them via email using another?

Thanks,

    Hi @tom555,

This is a pretty blatant and roundabout way to try and avoid DLP Policies and get data out. If you are that worried about the user exporting Dataverse data out of an environment, then you may just want to use Security roles to limit the user privileges to do things such as Export to Excel, Create flows, etc.
