Hello guys, from yesterday I can't use PAD because of this error.

I updated PAD yesterday and rebooted my computer.

After then, I can't use PAD even if reinstall it.

Hello Guy,

I also have same problem after installing new PAD patch since last saturday
There is no issue in my premium company ID.
I have a concern that there might be new license policy released for free users.

Hello @sucream

Please go through these steps.
This issue some your facing because of network issue

goto run - appdata - Microsoft- pad- delete msalcache.bin3 delete this file
close your pad before deleting
"C:\Users\systemname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\msalcache.bin3"

systemname=your system name

while reopen u will get option to sign in then it will work properly

I'm having this same issue after downloading the update last night. I tried your solution but I do not have that file on my machine. I searched for it several different ways.

I just found the temporary solution.

If you open the PAD, then you can sign in with your account.
At this point, you can type the other account's id, in my case I used the my friend's account.
Then you can see the input password page. At this moment you should click sign in with other account and you can find your original ID. now you click your ID and type the password, then you can use the PAD.

But if you quit the PAD, you need to sing in again.

I have 2 accounts and found that to work BUT it still wouldn't allow me to edit any flows. Just run them

The original account I used had my company domain after the @. The account I'm using now is a gmail account. I'm betting that because I was using my company domain that they didn't want to give me the free version. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
