System Fallback in Preview?

Hi,

I wanted to test out some new features in preview and converted a bot to the PVA preview, the fallback topic appeared but doesn't seem to be triggering and there is no option in the settings for System Fallback. Just want to confirm if this is working in preview mode as I haven't found any info about it online.

I've tested it in a bot that I created in the new Preview and it is working there. I haven't tried using it in a bot that I converted from the old editor. In the new Preview editor you can find the system fallback topic on the System tab of topics. Check on your converted bot to see if its there.

Hi,

Converted bot should contain the converted fallback topic, and this topic should be triggered when no other intent was found. I've just tested it, and it worked for me as expected.

Can you please clarity what the experience do you see when the topic is not triggered. Do you have some error, other topic, or nothing?

Few things to verify:
1. In "System" tab check if you have only one "On Unknown intent" topic.
2. Check the content of the topic. If it has some complex content, I suggest adding one simple message node at the beginning and try to trigger the fallback topic. If you see the message in test chat, it means that the topic was triggered.

If the topic is not triggered, I would suggest opening a support ticket.
