Not able to connect the Knowledge base

I am not able to connect to any of the external knowledge bases. PFB screenshot and I am getting below similar error for any database that I am trying to connect

    A few things would be helpful to narrow this down:
    • Which knowledge sources are you trying to connect to?
    • Is this happening in all environments or only one?
    • Are you able to create other connections?
    • Have you checked whether the required connector, authentication method, and permissions are enabled for your account/environment?
