Discrepancy in Copilot Studio Test Session vs MS Teams Responses

We observed that the Copilot provides accurate responses within the Copilot Studio test session. However, the responses differ when the bot is accessed through MS Teams.

Kindly assist in analyzing the root cause and resolving the inconsistency.
