Hello all,

I always struggle with implementing multiple filters onto a gallery. In this instance I would like to filter the above gallery by site. Each part can be assigned by site and can be on either site.

My app will have 2 screens, one for each site and would like each screen to only show the parts for one site.

The exisiting formula (shown) works, but would like for it to show "all" for only AP or "all" for HL. But then still keep the drop down box functionality?

The sharepoint list is shown below, the parts are designated to a site through a sharepoint list "yes/no" column?

The list has some items which need to be on both screens too.

all help appreciated!

    Hi @LewisFoulger ,

    This is not a difficult exercise except I am not clear on that your second Filter needs to be. You can also enhance (but not entirely solve)  delegation issues as below

    With(
     {
     wList:
     Filter
     'Consignment Stock',
     (
     CatDrop_l.Selected.Result = "All" ||
     'Consignment StockCategory' = CatDrop_l.Selected.Result
     ) &&
     (
     YourOtherDD.Selected.??? = "All" ||
     YourOtherField = YourOtherDD.Selected.????
     )
     )
     },
     Search(
     wList,
     GallSearch_l.Text,
     "Title"
     )
    )

    Hi @LewisFoulger ,

    The subject of your post is Multiple Filter help please

    You can call wList whatever you want - I am simply using the With() statement to allow Search with some degree of Delegation
