I developed an agent using Copilot Studio and enabled it for use by other people in my organization in Copilot 365.
In Copilot 365, the agent is available, but when I interact with it, for example, asking it to generate a Pareto chart, the text response is returned correctly, however, the Pareto chart is not being generated in PNG format.
When I use the same interaction text within the Copilot Studio environment, the PNG Pareto chart image is generated correctly, as well as an XLSX file in the output.

I would like to know how to get technical help to understand what might be happening in terms of the environment.

To display image or other things like this, it's normal it work in studio and not elsewere. Display something else than "text" depend on the channel capacity :)

For team i recommand to use adaptive card.
