Question Regarding Email Tracking in Power Automate Flow

I have a Power Automate flow that creates new items in a SharePoint list for emails arriving in a shared mailbox folder. Sometimes, I respond to these emails, and the sender replies back.

I would like to know if it's possible to integrate this email thread into the original list item, rather than creating separate entries for each response. Could you advise on how to achieve this, or if there is a specific configuration or approach to handle such scenarios?

    An email should have properties like Message Id and Conversation Id.
     
    If you store this information of these properties in the list items as well, you could use Filter Query of the Get Items to find the matching email list item.
