Is this happening only with your account or all users facing the same issue?

    Most Common Causes
    1. The QA environment’s Microsoft 365 group was deleted or corrupted
    2. You no longer has access to the QA environment
    3. QA environment was restored or reset recently
    4. Tenant settings for Power Apps / Copilot / Graph have changed

    Troubleshooting Steps
    1. Confirm you can access the QA environment in Power Platform Admin Center
    2. Check Microsoft 365 group & team behind the environment exists
    3. Try to open a simple link
         Try going to:
         https://make.powerapps.com/?environment=<QA_environment_ID>
If this fails the same way, the issue is at the environment level, not a specific app.
    4. Verify Dataverse is healthy

If environment exists, you have full permissions, M365 group is healthy and you are a member of the group, other users also get the same issue, then there might be some internal corruption and should be contacted to Microsoft Support.
