Power Apps Sharepoint Connector contains only In channels folders library.

Hi,

In a Canvas Power Apps app I connected to a Teams SharePoint site and added the Documents library as a data source. In SharePoint the library is split into In channels and In site library.

Issue: in a normal Gallery with Items = Documents I only see folders/files from In channels (channel folders like General etc.). I don’t see folders from In site library, even though they are visible in SharePoint and I have access.

Is there a way (without Power Automate) to make the SharePoint connector return / display items from In site library as well?

For each location you would need a separate data source pointing to that location, that or you would have to filter to that location based on the path itself.

Are these separate sources, in which case please add them separately, or filter.

Another option is to create Environment Variables of the types you need (Site / List  aka Documents) and instead of trying to connect to them directly in the app use the Environment variables so that its not hard coded in your app.

I'd have to see your actual configuration for these as it would help but there is no logical reason you cannot setup multiple sources for each type.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
