Comparison of Text form with Sharepoint list value to decide about the visibility of a gallery

Hello,

as you read in the topic headline I've got a question about the gallery. I want to compare an Value from a form with a value from my sharepoint list to make contents of the gallery visible or invisible.

If the value from the form is equal or bigger than the Value in the table row this option should be shown in gallery and if it is smaller  this table row shold not be shown in the gallery.

Is there any solution for that?

Thank you!

Regards

hi @j-steinkamp welcome to the community.

You can filter your data with Filter, search, Lookup function on Power Apps.

consider this, you have data in yourDatasource and a textinput, mytextInput. To return the data that is evaluated by myTextInput the Items of the will be Filter(yourDatasource, yourColumn >= myTextInput.Value)

Sorry but your answer did not help me. It doesn't work like you told me. I don't want to return any of those data. I want that the options to choose in the gallery depend on the Value from the edit form/text input.

I've got the columns Name, Focal Length and Min. working distance in my table and the gallery is to choose one of the objects in the table but the gallery should only show those Names (Lenses) where the table value for Min. working distance is smaller than the value in the edit form for the chosen working distance.
