Can't send email after pc restart

A button in powerapps triggers a simple flow to send an email to myself.  No parameters. after creating the flow, button/flow works great.  After I reboot PC, when i click the button, the flow runs, but i get an error when it tries to run the Office365 Send email block.  Before the app runs, I get the Allow connections window, and i allow.

Has anyone seen this?

    Hi @TimA , can you please send me the flow name?

    -Go to flow.microsoft.com and log in

    -Click on My Flows

    -Select your flow

    -Share the url with me

    I am experiencing that as well but i don't have to reboot, it just happens after an hour or so
