Hi,
I am using the unified canvas feature. There are two issues I have encountered:
1. When creating a message node, I cannot add sub bullet points to a bullet point. When I hit the Tab key, it's closing the current message node and switching to the next message.
2. I am unable to add a hyperlink to a word like what I did for my previous bot in the classic version.
I feel like these two functions are the most basic ones and should be available in the unified canvas version? Is that I am missing something or these are features that are not available in this new Power Virtual Agent version? Thank you!
