Power Apps SQL Data Source Not Refreshing (Stuck on Loading)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue in Power Apps with a SQL data source. When I try to refresh the data source manually, it does not refresh and keeps buffering/loading continuously.

I have also tried using the Refresh() function, but it is not working either.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to resolve it?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Power Apps does NOT guarantee instant refresh for SQL
    It depends on:
    • Connector
    • Gateway
    • Query performance
    Continuous buffering during refresh is usually caused by gateway issues, large data queries, or connection problems
    Best approach is to test with smaller queries, rebind connection, and avoid heavy Refresh() usage
