Hi governance experts!
I have a main requirement: using same basic unified components for entire company.
Therefore, I made some research and tests on component library, and still have following doubts:
1. If I share one component library to everyone in the company, in order for the makers to import and add the component in their app, will they need co-owner permission? If yes, then how can we ensure the makers not editing the component libraries ?
2. If I make component libraries available only in DEV environment for example, maker A start to use them in her/his solution, then need to move the solution to TEST environment, s/he include the component library in the solution then imported the package to TEST environment, would s/he become the owner of this component library in TEST environment? How can I make sure that the service account always be the owner of the component library?
