Unable to delete Custom Prompt

I created a custom prompt and published it for testing, but now I can't delete it, the button is greyed out.

Based on some suggestions I read on other forums, I deleted the underlying solution, however that has not changed.

The prompt still shows as a prompt in copilot

Any help would be appreciated

    Unable to delete Custom Prompt

The issue where the Delete button is greyed out for your custom prompt in Copilot Studio could be due to the fact that the custom prompt is currently published or associated with a live configuration, which prevents deletion. Even though you have already deleted the underlying solution, it seems like there might be lingering dependencies or connections keeping the prompt active.

Ensure that no other solutions or workflows are actively referencing the custom prompt. Check topic triggers, external workflows, or connections that could still be utilizing the prompt.

    Thanks.
