I am using power automate through this website

I am trying to create a connection to my azure SQL Database using the SQL Server Connector. I am using the SQL Server Authentication and have confirmed the Server,DB,uname,pwd by connecting from my desktop. I am not using a gateway.
I have confirmed that the Azure SQL Server and Power automate app are using the same Environment (name and string)

I deleted my flows and re-created them. I can't create the SQL Server connection it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I have tried for a week with no change in the error.

I have made sure the Allow Azure Services and resources to access this server is set to yes and I have added the client ip's in the firewall according to the list for my region at
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config

anything else I should try.
