Flow Error message

Hi - My flow was working just fine and then I begin receiving the below error message. Any idea on how to fix it?

Error messageError message

I have also attached a picture of how the flow is supposed to go below:

FlowFlow

As an added note I am unsure why but power automate automatically added in the "For each" boxes. Not sure how I get rid of them as they may be the problem

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @sydlec12 ,

    It appears that you modified the trigger or changed the form settings after building your flow.

    The flow is expecting the trigger to return an array but getting an object value.

    Does you form contain any multi select fields?

    Thanks for the quick response Sudeep. I originally put the trigger in there so for each form response submitted it would pull all information from that response.  The form has about 12 questions of all variety (freeform, multiselect, etc.)

    @sydlec12

    When you select a multi-select field, the "Apply to Each" loop is automatically added. This loop attempts to execute actions for each individual selection made within the field.

    You need to convert the multi select fields into a string or JSON before using them.

    Have you dealt with this before? This can help

    Thanks Sudeep. I am still a tad confused... within the apply to each step would I add in a function in the "select output" box? If so what function would it be?

    Is there a way to change the setting so this doesn't happen and I only have the "apply to each" instead of both the "apply to each" and "for each" action?

    Can you explain your use case and post a screenshot of the form?

    I'll see if I can build a basic flow for you
