Hello,
I want to set up the following process with Power Platform Copilot Agent and learn the best approach:
Objective:
Generate monthly performance, cash flow, and balance sheet reports.
Produce quarterly, semi-annual, nine-month, and annual summary reports for the same reports.
Prepare separate HTML reports for the CEO and CFO.
Extract at least 3 actions from the reports and add them as tasks to Planner.
Data Sources:
SQL SERVER View tables: Actuals, performance, cash flow, balance sheet data
Excel (SharePoint / OneDrive) budget data
Current Status:
I have created my tools (TOOL_Get_Budget_Data, TOOL_Get_Actuals, TOOL_Get_Production_MWh).
My HTML template is in SharePoint.
I am currently unable to publish the Agent, so I cannot test it.
My questions:
How can I design this project in the cleanest and most scalable way using Copilot Agent?
How should I use the Agent and Power Automate together to generate monthly + summary reports and add Planner tasks?
How can the Agent be best integrated to place reports into the HTML template and send them via email?
Any suggestions, sample structures, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

I had set up an automate flow like this, but I added a prompt to AI Builder Run. Is this correct?
