Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I’m currently building an AI agent to manage visitor pass requests for one of our offices. During initial testing, everything was working perfectly — the agent was responding as expected and sending confirmation emails without any issues.

However, it suddenly stopped functioning properly. Now, whenever I try to test it, all I see is a “Start” button, and after clicking it, there’s no response from the chatbot at all. It doesn’t continue the conversation or trigger the confirmation emails.

I haven’t made any major configuration changes since it was last working, so I’m not sure what could be causing this.
