Hello, I have a Power Automate approval flow for Time Off Requests with several cases. All single‑approver cases work correctly and send the requester an email with the approval outcome.

However, I have two cases that use Sequential Approval. The approvals run in order as expected, but the flow never sends the requester the final approval or rejection email. The steps are configured the same way as my single‑approver cases, just using the sequential option.

What could cause the requester email to fail only in sequential approval cases?
