Listas desplegable con cuentas federadas

Tenemos una App que deben usar usuarios con cuentas con federacion de dominio, pero al acceder al app no pueden desplegar la lista,  apareciendo el error al intentar recuperar los datos de red.

    Clarification needed to diagnose the issue:
    Can you confirm whether the problem affects only dropdown/combobox controls, or if federated users also have issues loading other data (such as galleries, forms, or lists)?

    This distinction is important:
    • If only dropdowns fail, it usually points to delegation limits, People Picker/Office365Users connector behavior, or control configuration.
    • If all data fails, it more likely indicates a permissions, security role, Conditional Access, or network policy issue.
     
    This will help narrow down the root cause quickly.

    The issue is most likely due to authentication/token or permission problems affecting API calls triggered by dropdowns, which are more sensitive in federated account setups.
    • Start by checking browser network logs, then validate security roles and conditional access policies.
