Hello, I am working on a data form and adding in the variables, and I noticed in one table it gives me multiple options for a field and it gives you the ability to put items in for data collection and in another app that I am building it gives me 4. The one that gives me 4 options, on the data field is naked with no way to input items. I am using azure SQL. Would anyone know why this is happening? Is it because I am missing a primary key on the one that is only giving me 4 options?
Hi @NitroPepsi ,
It seems you are comparing a displayform and an editform:
In a displayform you can only select 4 different control types for a locked datacard, connected to a text type column. Also the standard setting for BorderThickness on the DataCardValue for displayforms is 0, making it look as if there's no control in the datacard.
Editforms on the other hand give more control type choice options (including Edit options) and the BorderThickness is 2 by default, making the DataCardValue controls more visible.
But, when I try to add fields it gives me view text and the other one gives me edit text. The big difference is that one has edit text and the other has view text for the fields that I add.
Both forms are in the default mode of Edit
