Based on the screenshot below, we over-consumed 1,228,800 credits and the AI action has been blocked since we run out of credits way too much...
Thus, if we buy another 1 unit to get 1,000,000 credits, will it be enough to resume ongoing AI action? or it will compensate the over-consumed 1,228,800 first...? which means we are actually required to buy 2 units...?

Yes, if you buy 2 units, it will compensate the overage consumption.
However, you will be in a simple overage, which means that you'll be able to run your flows but maker actions will still be blocked.
In order to unblock your situation, you will need to request an extension if it is temporary.
