Our English custom Copilot created with Copilot Studio has started replying to questions in Spanish when the AI uses its own "General Knowledge".
The primary language in the Copilot Studio settings is "English (United States) (en-US)" - there are no secondary languages.
I'm located in Canada. My web browser (Edge) languages are "English", "English (United States)", and "English (Canada)". In Windows, my display language is "English (United States)" and preferred languages are "English (United States) and English (Canada). My country or region in Windows is "Canada".
I've seen a few other forum posts where people have reported this, but don't see any where a solution was identified (

Example 2).
Has anyone been able to identify what is causing an English-only custom Copilot to respond in Spanish when using "AI General Knowledge" when the user's web browser and system settings are already all variations of English and resolve this issue?
