Generative Answers answering in Spanish when language is English

We’re trying to use Generative Answers to handle a topic in our Classic BOT. The knowledge base is https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/resources/esim

We only want to use the knowledge source that’s provided to be sure the answers are correct from the FAQ link above. When we disallow AI use of it’s own general knowledge the BOT can’t answer the simplest questions

When allowing general knowledge the answers seem to be more appropriate, however, sometimes it gives the wrong answer, and occasionally the BOT responds in Spanish.

Custom copilots using copilot studio uses the browser language to generate the responses. Check your browser language and change it to English if it is set to Spanish.

Regarding Generative Answers, Try below options:

- Set the Content Moderation to Medium/Low

- Provide a system prompt

I'm using edge and my language settings are English and US English

Could it be something with my prompt?
