We’re trying to use Generative Answers to handle a topic in our Classic BOT. The knowledge base is https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/resources/esim
We only want to use the knowledge source that’s provided to be sure the answers are correct from the FAQ link above. When we disallow AI use of it’s own general knowledge the BOT can’t answer the simplest questions
When allowing general knowledge the answers seem to be more appropriate, however, sometimes it gives the wrong answer, and occasionally the BOT responds in Spanish.
