Hello!

So I have create a few canvas apps and have never run into this issue before today.

The problem is that when I brought this new PowerApp into a teams tab, the aspect ratio (16:9) is not preserved:

Additionally, if I go to another screen, which has a different aspect ratio for printing a page, and then back to the home screen, all of the containers are different sizes:

Both scale to fit and lock aspect ratio are enabled in settings and the app has been saved/published.

I have also cross checked the setting from another app that works and it all seems to be the same (see other app below as it has bars on top and bottom to keep the same aspect ratio):

Is there some setting that I am missing that is preventing me from locking the aspect ratio and is changing the dimensions of all of my containers? Thank you for the help.
