Not able to convert html file of 7MB to pdf using Power Automate

Hi,

I need to be able to send the data from PowerApps to PowerAutomate and convert it to pdf format. Initially I was using Onedrive convert to pdf connector but it has a size limit of 2 mb, so I am exploring other tools. Encodian fulfills this requirement but it is quite expensive for the client, so I started looking at adobe pdf services.

I am using Adobe Pdf services free trial in my Power Automate. The flow is supposed to convert a html file of 7MB size to pdf, but it is stuck  at the conversion step, which has been running for 4 minutes. Is the 7MB html file suppose to take this much time for conversion?

Because of this, I am also getting timeout issue on powerapps side, as it is exceeding the connection limit of 2 minutes from flow side.

Hello! The conversion time may depend on the file structure and data types used in the file so it is hard to say what tool will work for sure. I tried to convert an HTML file with an 8K PNG file embedded as base64 string. Its size is 7.39 MB. Conversion with Plumsail Documents took 23 seconds in my case. Perhaps it will work for you too.
