Hi Team,

We are developing the power automate desktop flows and scheduled to run it unattended mode on the PA cloud service. Our automation flows interacts with outlook application and some web applications. I have couple of questions. Can you please help me in resolving this

1. How does the Bot Account supposed to be create? Is there any specific type like service account or super user account?

2. Rightnow in development, whenever our dev machine password expiry, we will set the new password and update the same in power automate cloud service in connections settings manually. But how it is supposed to be in production. Does anyone have to update in manually every 30 or 60 days after expiry?

3. In outlook application, everytime password changes it's asking as Need Password, How to tackle the same in the production. Because in production we should not go and update the password in the application?
