Getting 403 forbidden error on canvas app

I am using SQL views in my canvas app. Suddenly few SQL views started giving forbidden 403 error on my canvas app. If I run the app in play mode then it is working fine. If I publish the app then it is giving forbidden 403 error.

I tried to access the SQL view from SQL server, there also it is accessible.

I removed the SQL connection from canvas app and recreated it but still the same issue. I have attached the error screenshot.

Hi, we are getting the exact same issue as of yesterday as well so hoping to see if you managed to find any resolution to the problem @nsmarathe

The only slight deviation that we have is that this is ONLY happening with get and put queries through the SQL connection to one table within our database. Interactions with all other tables is absolutely fine.
