I created a gallery that collects information for each month (so January = 0, February = 1, etc). However, when I go to look at the information on the SharePoint list it's connected to, it only shows the most recent item inputted into the gallery. What should I do so that all items put in the gallery are viewable? Thank you.

What is the Items of the Gallery ?
This is what the user is inputting and so the list would only show the information for February
