Table portal won't save new rows

When I try to manually add a row to a table in the "Tables" portal, I can't get it to save.  I saw before there was a "Save" button but now it's not there.

    Is this dataverse? When you choose "New row" it should auto save when you add the column values.

    When I click new rows it doesn't save them.  Is there someone at Microsoft that is aware of these issues?
