Handling long table format or bullet point with SharePoint as knowledge source

I have a Word document in a SharePoint site which contains a lot of bullet points and tables represent some rule set, but when I use generative answer node to search for the documents, only one chunk return and the document structure (bullet points, table) is lost, it looks like Copilot Studio ingest document in a line by line method without preserving the structure of the document.

May I know is it possible to:

Preserve the format (table and bullet points) of the document in SharePoint knowledge source
Preserve the meaning for each paragraph even it's across page
Use JSON or TXT file in SharePoint as knowledge source to preserve the meaning of each set of rule
Can Copilot Studio handle image embed in PDF with SharePoint as knowledge source

One note is indexing with Dataverse seems never work in my environment, it always display "Error" in the Knowledge tab without telling me what error it is.

Format preservation (tables/bullets):

No. The system chunks documents into text. Structure gets lost. That's how it works.

Meaning across pages:

Not reliable. Rules with dependencies won't work well.

JSON/TXT in SharePoint:

No. Upload them directly to Copilot Studio instead—both supported there.

Images in PDFs via SharePoint: No. Only works with direct PDF uploads that have alt-text.

about Dataverse error: Admin probably hasn't enabled Dataverse search, or you're missing read permissions. Check both. - ask him to make sure.

Trynot to use SharePoint URL for rules. Use Dataverse (built for this) or upload JSON directly. Both preserve structure better.
