Search , PowerApps search across 4 x tables on one page (one screen)

Hi,

I’m looking for some guidance on setting up a Power Apps screen that can search across four different SharePoint lists at the same time.

Each section of the app connects to a different SharePoint page (for example, Customer, Customer Case etc.), and I want all four data sources to be searchable from one screen.

At the moment, the data doesn’t seem to handle the OnSelect search function well

Assumimg you are using the canvas app studio, try buiding a collection for each list then combine them within the page that you wish to have the search capability. The collections can also be built and initiated on the OnStart of your app.

Hi @SS0812

Try Creating one dropdown, let it have TRUE/False Option, Once the first Gallery Loaded update the Bool to TRUE, then the second gallery get loaded if BOOL = True the same way for others as well.

Use one TextInput for search, trigger it with OnChange, Filter each SharePoint list separately using StartsWith (not Search), store results in collections, and display them in galleries—OnSelect alone isn’t reliable and Search() isn’t delegable for SharePoint.
