Hello, I am setting up an email trigger for my powerapp and im trying to use the value of a category in my data table, but it is a group field in my SP list. I get an error when I select manager group value and id. Here is the flow:

    Hi @Dknight7

In order to grab the email ids of your group member you can use action called 'send HTTP request to SharePoint list ' and it will return an array of mail and in order to grab your group id you can open your group and above in URL you can grab your group id number

I think this is it, but I need a step-by-step walkthrough. How can I point it to my specific SP list and the lookup column from which I am trying to retrieve the user groups? My apologies, I'm new to power automate and power apps. Here is what I have so far:

The way the guy has his SP list setup is different from the way mine is set up.

    Hi @Dknight7 ,

Based on the information you provided, i have made a simple test for your reference.

Is the data structure of your two Lists similar to this?

If so, here is my flow.  I extracted the group id from the 'Claims' field of the 'Person or Group' column, then added the 'List group members' action to get the emails of the group members.

    last(split(outputs('Compose'), 'separator'))

Your 'separator' may be different from mine, you could find it in the run history.
